Langevin Announces Finance Director

(WARWICK, R.I.) Congressman Jim Langevin today announced that Marshall Votta as his new finance director.

“I am thrilled that Marshall has agreed to take on this job as we move toward my 2008 re-election campaign,” said Langevin. “I have known Marshall for many years and he will be a tremendous asset to my campaign office.”

Votta, a graduate of Providence College, has worked closely with Langevin since his election in 2000. Since that time he has gained invaluable experience with fundraising and filing financial disclosure forms. He is also the campaign’s systems administrator.

“It is an honor to be a part of the Langevin team,” said Votta. “I look forward to helping the Congressman move toward the 2008 campaign.”
