Rhode Island's Emergency Preparedness Pleases Langevin

According to a recent report released by the Department of Homeland Security, Rhode Island is one of only ten states, and one of only three in New England, which has an approved emergency preparedness plan in place. Especially with the RI EMA's recognition for developing best practices in some areas, Congressman Langevin is pleased that in the case of an emergency, state agencies will work to ensure that "our residents know exactly what to do before, during and after an emergency,"
