Langevin Questions Purpose of Recent House Measure

In light of a House measure that recently came to vote, Congressman Langevin is concerned that House Republicans are playing politics with legislation rather than addressing the real needs of America's troops in the field. With this most recent bill, no hearings were held and no amendments were allowed. Congressman Langevin supports the troops and wonders, like many of his constituents, how much longer they will be asked to serve in Iraq when many have already served two or three deployments.
