Langevin optimistic about Senate passage of stem cell legislation

On the eve of a trip the United Kingdom to study the work of researchers working with embryonic stem cells, Congressman Jim Langevin expressed optimism that the U.S. Senate would soon pass legislation similar to the bill he championed in the U.S. House in late 2005.
