Langevin: Sanction Sudan in response to Darfur genocide

Congressman Langevin spoke on the House floor in support of a bill which, if signed by President Bush, would impose sanctions on Sudan for the ongoing genocide in Darfur. Langevin remarked that the world ought to be outraged by the behavior of the Sudanese, and compared the violence to what happened during the Holocaust, or in Armenia, Cambodia, and Rwanda.
