Langevin critical of amendment which threatens Cape Wind

With the fate of the Cape Wind project in Massachusetts hanging in the balance, Congressman Langevin opposes a pending Coast Guard authorization which singles out the wind farm in a way that will likely lead to its defeat. Opponents argue that legislation affecting Cape Wind and other energy projects ought to be heard in the appropriate committee rather than inserted into unrelated legislation.
